Cancellation Policy

Important Notice... Your business is extremely important to the Studio of Elegance Salon. Therefore, a cancellation notice is required within 48 hours prior to your scheduled date and time. Otherwise, a full price fee will be charged for your services. Again, cancellations are only honored 48 hours via calling or leaving a message directly to 240-485-7712. Do not respond to the 800 number as a cancellation. It's considered a no-show. Again, you will be charged the full price of service(s) that were requested by "YOU." SOE "thank you" in advance for your cooperation and patronage.
